Forensic Inpatient Services - Memorial Hospital (Low Secure)

We provide a range of specialist forensic mental health services for people aged 18-65 living in the boroughs of Bromley, Bexley, Greenwich and Lewisham. We also work with individuals from other boroughs when requested.
We have two wards:
Hazelwood
Hazelwood is a low secure, 15 bed acute ward for adult males.
Greenwood
Greenwood is a 16 bed, low secure assertive rehabilitation ward for adult males.
Greenwood’s guiding principle is to meet our service users’ needs holistically. To that end, we aspire to provide the best for our patients by building and developing therapeutic alliances and promoting the well-being of our staff.
The South London Partnership
Hazelwood and Greenwood is part of the Oxleas Forensic Inpatient Services and the South London Partnership’s (SLP). The partnership aims to support delivering care closer to home where ever possible.
The South London Partnership (SLP) is made up of Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM), and St Georges NHS Foundation Trust.

How to access this service
To access this service, you must be between the ages of 18 and 65.
Referrals
You can be referred to this service by:
- Acute Adult Psychiatry
- PICUs medium mental health settings
- Prisons
Referrals should be made using the SLP Referral Form.
