    Greenwood is a 16 bed low secure assertive rehabilitation ward for adult males.

    Greenwood’s guiding principle is to meet our service users’ needs holistically. To that end, we aspire to provide the best for our patients by building and developing therapeutic alliances and promoting the well-being of our staff.

    Greenwood is part of the Oxleas Forensic Inpatient Services and the South London Partnership’s (SLP) “Assertive Rehabilitation Care Pathway”.

    The South London Partnership (SLP) is made up of Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM), and St Georges NHS Foundation Trust.

To access this service, you must be between the ages of 18 and 65.

You can be referred to this service by:

  • PICUs medium mental health settings
  • Prisons

Referrals should be made using the SLP Referral Form.
