Our aims
Patients are offered an initial psychotherapy assessment. Here, treatment options will be discussed. If our service is suitable for your needs, we can offer you bespoke theraputic programmes which may include individual psychodynamic/psychoanalytic psychotherapy, integrative psychotherapy, art psychotherapy or group psychotherapy. A support service is also in place.

Our team
Our staff include therapists from various professional backgrounds with a high level of specialist training. Therapy is also provided by professionals attached to our service on training placements who receive supervision from a senior member of staff.

We are based at Carlton Parade in Orpington and the clinics are held on a Tuesday and Wednesday evening.
