Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust provides integrated primary care services within HMP YOI Isis - a Category C Young Offenders' Prison with a population of 622 in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

It also means involving patients in their care and delivering interventions that address their physical, emotional, mental and social well-being.
