Intensive Case Management in Psychosis (ICMP) Service - Greenwich

  • The Greenwich Intensive Case Management in Psychosis (ICMP) Service helps all adults suffering from psychosis who require secondary community mental health treatment and support. This includes individuals diagnosed with bipolar affective disorder as well as other psychotic conditions.

    We have two sites in Greenwich:

    • Greenwich West ICMP - based at the Heights in Charlton
    • Greenwich East ICMP - based at Ferryview Health Centre in Woolwich

How to access this service

To access this service, you must be:

  • Aged 18 or above
  • Registered with a Greenwich GP

Referrals

You can be referred to this service by:

  • Your GP
  • Inpatients services
  • Other NHS locations
  • Home treatment teams
  • Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Service
  • Anxiety, Depression, Personality Disorders and Trauma (ADAPT) Service

We discuss each referral in an multi disiplinary team meeting and assess whether our service can help. If not, the referral will be sent back to the referrer with further guidance.
