Musculoskeletal is an overall term for conditions affecting your muscles, joints and sometimes nerves. Greenwich MSK (Musculoskeletal) Service provides care to adults in the Greenwich area that suffer from a range of muscle, bone and joint problems.

The Musculoskeletal Service aims to prevent the need for hospital treatment. We do this by placing MSK experts in the community. We assess and treat your condition or direct you to the right service. If we direct you to another service, we make sure all the tests you need are completed before you are seen.

If you are experiencing joint or muscular pains, please visit your GP. They will assess whether a specialist MSK appointment would benefit you. If they think it would, they will refer you.
If you are registered with a Greenwich GP, you can self-refer using the Phio - Circle Integrated Care link - www.circlehealthgroup.co.uk.
In both cases, Circle MSK will assess your referral and direct it to either their own MSK service or the Greenwich MSK Team.
Appointments take place in one of our three clinics, from Monday to Saturday. The team does not offer home visits. The clinic locations are:
