We aim to help you be more independent in your daily life. We can work with you, your family and your carers and we come to you to do our work. That means we can visit you at home, in your day centre, at work, or as an outpatient or inpatient at Queen Mary’s Hospital.

We are not an emergency service. If you need help urgently, please get in touch with your GP. We aim to contact you within seven days of your referral.
Our service is open seven days a week. For telephone queries, you can contact us Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.
