Felicia Ajayi | Forensic and Offender Healthcare | Staff governors

I'm a Staff Governor representing staff members in our Forensic and Offender Healthcare services. I've been a Governor since 2024.

From my experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and dedication to the role. As the Directorate Lead Occupational Therapist with over 15 years experience in both clinical and management capacities, I am well positioned to represent staff and contribute to service development. My involvement as a Trust Shadow Executive adds an additional layer of insight into leadership and governance. 

My passion for making a positive contribution and being a voice for staff is invaluable. By becoming an Oxleas Governor, I am committed to influencing positive changes within Oxleas. This will undoubtedly benefit both the staff and the services I work with. I aim to make a lasting impact in this role.
