I'm a Staff Governor representing staff members in our Adult Community Physical Health services. I've been a Governor since 2024.

I want to make a positive impact to decision making and how things are managed. I want to represent the interests of members of my constituency and public members, and to be involved in projects and leadership opportunities. 

By becoming an Oxleas Governor, I hope to make a positive impact by representing the interests of staff and service users.  This is also an opportunity to network and connect with other Oxleas staff, executives, service user and public members.
