I'm a Staff Governor representing staff members in our Forensic and Offender Healthcare services. I've been a Governor since 2021.

I currently work within Operational Management in the Forensic and Offender Healthcare Service Directorate.

While working in the NHS, I’ve had the opportunity to represent the trust’s interests during high level strategic partnership meetings within prison management, dealing with complaints and leading clinical investigations.

I enjoy being in a position where I can make a difference, bringing 21 years of working knowledge and experiences to help benefit those who access our services.

I enjoy being actively involved in developing the Trust’s engagement with those who are socially excluded and in ensuring public safety.

I volunteer with ‘Kent Community Helpers’, a charity-based organisation.  The role involves collecting surplus food items from pre-agreed supermarkets (e.g Tesco, Coop etc). The food items are then taken to designated collection point areas to support the community.
