Celebrating Staff Networks Day

National Day for Staff Networks 2026

It’s National Day for Staff Networks 2026!

Today (13 May) we celebrate all of our staff networks and the incredible work and value they add to our services, staff and communities.

Did you know that 66% of workers believe that networks help to foster an inclusive environment?

Or that 70% of 18 to 24 year olds are more likely to apply to organisations with networks?

We’re proud to be a Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 and are working hard to create a supportive, inclusive and forward-thinking workplace. Our fantastic staff networks play a vital role in that progress, bringing meaningful change, promoting a sense of belonging and helping us grow stronger together.

Chief People and Strategy Officer, Rachel Evans, said:

Our staff networks make a tremendous difference in Oxleas. They provide support, amplify different voices, and help us build a culture where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. Thank-you to all the wonderful people who make our brilliant staff networks such as success.
