Research
Our Research and Knowledge team supports the development and delivery of research across Oxleas. We also help share learning and promote best practice across the trust.
We manage the set-up and delivery of research studies, working with the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) and other partners. This includes national and regional research studies, as well as research led by universities, staff and students.
We can provide advice and support with research governance and approvals, including the Integrated Research Application System (IRAS).
We can also help you access:
- research training and study design support through the NIHR
- regulatory guidance from the Health Research Authority (HRA)
- support from the National Research Ethics Service (NRES)
We are working to increase opportunities for staff, patients and our wider communities to take part in research and access new treatments and interventions.
