Help improve the wheelchair service in Greenwich

survey visual for Greenwich wheelchair survey

The Community Wheelchair Service provides assessments, equipment, and ongoing support for children and adults in Greenwich, Bexley and Bromley who require wheelchairs for mobility and independence.

The service is being reviewed by the South East London Integrated Care Board who would like to hear from wheelchair users, families, carers, and professionals about what is currently working and what could be improved.

These views will help shape the future design of the Community Wheelchair Service to ensure it is timely, responsive, and supports independence and quality of life.

You can get involved in two online focus groups, where you will have the opportunity to find more about initial plans and share:

  • What works well in the current services
  • What challenges people face when trying to access wheelchair services
  • What improvements would make the service easier to use, quicker to access, and more inclusive.

Register to join one of the two online focus groups on:

  • 13 January 2026 – 6pm to 7:30pm
  • 15 January 2026 – 10am to 11:30am

If you cannot attend these sessions and you would like to provide feedback, you can do so by clicking on this survey link: Complete our survey.
