2,854 Oxleas NHS people took the time to complete last year's survey. This valuable feedback will shape the future of Oxleas and help us to deliver the best care for our patients and service users.
Our scores remain strong, with significant improvements in several areas, with many more continuing to outperform the national average, which is all down to the dedication and commitment of our workforce.

Whilst we should of course recognise the great results, as always, there is still more to do. We’ve learned about the areas we must focus more on and these will form the basis of our future plans, because we know that a workforce who feel happy and valued at work, provide the best quality care for our patients.
Despite the ongoing financial pressures and competing demands that we face, our results show that Oxleas people work together to overcome obstacles, adopt smarter ways of working and continue to put patient care at the centre of everything that we do.

We receive documentary, location and broadcast filming requests on a regular basis – we consider all proposals on an individual basis and will try to accommodate proposals where possible, if appropriate.
No photography or filming is permitted without prior arrangement and agreement. Our patients always come first and we have a duty to protect their safety and confidentiality. Anyone found filming or taking photographs on the trust premises without the permission of the trust’s communications team will be asked to leave by the security department and may face prosecution.
Unless agreed otherwise, film crews and photographers must be accompanied by a member of the Communications Team at all times.
