Temporary closure and relocation of The Source.
The Source will close from Thursday 30 April 2026 to allow refurbishment work to take place.
From Tuesday 5 May 2026, services will continue from a mobile clinic unit in the Horn Park Community Centre car park, located just across the road from the current site at 65 Sibthorpe Road, Horn Park, Lee, SE12 9DN.
Advanced Nurse Practitioner walk‑in clinics will still be available. Specialist sexual health services will not run during this time. If you need these services, you will be given advice and details of other services you can use.
The service is expected to reopen in summer 2026 under a new name: Horn Park Health Hub.
The refurbished building will include more clinic space and may offer a wider range of therapy and rehabilitation services in the future.
