NHS App now available to patients 

We are now connected to the NHS App, giving people who use our services another secure way to manage their care and receive communications from us . 

What you can do in the NHS App

You can:
  • View appointment information
  • Access letters digitally
  • Receive appointment reminders through the app

Important information

If you do not open a message in the NHS App, you may receive a text reminder prompting you to check it.
Using the NHS App does not change your existing communication preferences.

If you use DrDoctor (our Patient Portal), you can continue to use it alongside the NHS App.
